#Willdoes Tractor Run 2025 Raises Over £6,400 for Charity
The #Willdoes Tractor Run, held on Sunday 14 December 2025, proved to be the most spectacular event yet in the Willdoes calendar.
Founder and Will’s mum, Lesley Paddy, said:
“The Willdoes Tractor Run is always special, but this year truly blew us away.”
An incredible 151 tractors and lorry cabs took part in the festive convoy, helping to raise a magnificent £6,428.11 — surpassing last year’s total. The event was proudly sponsored by the NFU, who also provided cash prizes for the top three tractors.
A True Team Effort
The success of the Tractor Run is made possible by an extraordinary community effort. Sincere thanks go to the Miller family for kindly allowing the use of their land at Milborne St Andrew, and to everyone who gave their time on the day — from volunteers and bucket shakers to those who donated prizes and equipment.
Special recognition goes to Bryony Vaughan and Kian Merry, who first brought the idea of the Tractor Run forward in December 2019 and continue to lead the event with dedication and passion.
We would also like to thank:
Philip Trim for supplying the toilets
Emerald Bar Dorchester, Wobbly Waffles Dorchester, Busy Birds Bovington, and Firehouse Pizza Broadmayne for refreshments
Those who supplied gazebos
Lady A Photography (Dorchester) and Dorset Farm Foods (Sturminster Newton)
Unaimed Sound System (Dorchester) for the music and PA system, with additional support from Ozmo Motorsport (Dorchester)

We are incredibly grateful to the businesses and individuals who donated raffle prizes, including:

Community at Its Best
While the fundraising total is remarkable, the true magic of the day was the joy it brought to the community — especially the children’s faces lighting up as the tractors arrived.
Comments from the public included:
“Fantastic display of decorated tractors. It’s made our Christmas!”
“Thank you for a wonderful tractor run. All five of my kids loved it and it really opened up a conversation about the cause and charity.”
The Willdoes Tractor Run continues to be a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together.
